How Does Paint Correction Work?
Process involves the following steps
Clean the surface:
We start with cleaning the surface by washing and decontaminating using sprays, iron or fallout remover and or a clay bar. This removes dirt, dust and all other contaminants, reducing the possibility of further damage to your car’s paint. This also leaves the paint work feeling silky and smooth.
Inspect the damaged area:
The next step is to analyse the cause and effect of the damaged area. Our team inspects how deep the scratch is and how to improve it with proper tools and techniques.
Level the surface:
We use a microfiber cutting pad to even out the surface. Using the cutting compound on the electric polisher and microfiber cutting board, we buff the area in a controlled, forward-backwards motion. During this process, we replace and clean the cutting pad frequently to prevent further scratches.
Polish the surface:
After finishing car colour correction, polishes are applied in stages – starting with a coarse polish for deeper scratches and finishing with finer polishes for smooth and glossy results.
Ceramic coat and protect:
Lastly, our team applies a protective layer with a nano-ceramic coating or car wax. This helps shield the paint from scratches, UV rays, and environmental factors. Additionally, this layer ensures durability, scratch resistance, and long-lasting coating.
